Pros: Matthew is GREAT to work with and very understanding and accommodating! The custom ring I ordered was exactly what I described and arrived exactly when expected. I did a lot of research and this by far the best company I dealt with.
Cons: Couldn't check ring size in person, like you can at a store, but the ring is guaranteed, so as long as you leave enough time it's not a problem.

Pros:The Tungsten Ring Company exceeded my expectations as to great customer service. I was surprised how quickly the ring came in the mail after I ordered it. It's also the ideal way to go for men who usually participate in rough sports or working conditions. These Tungsten rings are sturdy enough to avoid damage from a man's every day pleasure and enjoyment. It's true. The tungsten ring is for the sophisticated, hard working man. Thanks!

I wanted to write to let your company know the story off my husband's ring. This is a little late but I just needed to let you know. I originally ordered a ring from you about six weeks ago. We received the ring and unfortunately it was the wrong size (we had ordered it wrong) so I put it in a box and sent it back with a hand written note asking to send us the correct size. Once I thought it through I got nervous, what if your receiving department didn't receive it correctly, or what if I could not get a hold of an employee seeing as how I had done the order on line! So I e-mailed your company and much to my happiness within no more than 12 hours Matthew Mills (I believe that was his name) e-mailed me right back and let me know that you had received the ring and the new one was already in production and would be sent out shortly. He also sent me a follow up e-mail just to verify that we had received the ring. It was so easy!

I have to tell you how impressed I was with the customer service! We loved his ring and were married a few days later. He wore it all the time until one night at his restaurant he needed to take it off to stretch some dough (he owns a pizza place) and he put it in his pocket and that was the last time he saw it. After looking for it for a week we decided we just needed to replace it since it wasn't showing up. I never thought twice about shopping with another Tungsten Ring company because I was so delighted by our first experience. I know my husband will continue to loose his ring and I can tell you with confidence that we will continue to replace it from your company.
