Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is Tungsten really scratch proof?
A: Nothing is completely scratch proof. Keep in mind the Swiss watches that can go miles below the ocean's surface and yet they still can not place the title "water-proof". The same idea goes with these rings. Someone somewhere will have the determination to create a mark on these rings, but it can not be done easily.
Q: Why do you say your Tungsten Rings are so much better?
A: We use a 94/6 Tungsten percentage in our mixture while most other companies have only a 60/40 Tungsten percentage in theirs, which makes their metal cheaper and easier to machine, but lowers the strength and beauty of the ring. If you go onto auctioning sites and see prices, you can tell almost immediately what company is using why type of mixture by their price. It makes a huge difference.
Q: Can Tungsten rings be resized?
A: A Tungsten ring does not stretch the way a gold ring would, but our warranty does cover replacements of a different size. See our warranty for full details.
Q: Can your rings be engraved?
A: Yes, but it is an additional $40. Simply use our Customizing section to place the order.
Q: Are your rings "Comfort Fit"?
A: Yes, all of our rings come with comfort fitting. With years of experience we have made our comfort fitting one of the best in the industry.
Q: What happens during an emergency?
A: Actually, Tungsten Rings are the easiest rings to remove. In the case of an emergency a medical professional can remove a Tungsten Ring in under 15 seconds.
Q: Are Tungsten-Carbide rings hypoallergenic?
A: Not all rings are made equal! For this reason we have chosen to use Tungsten-Carbon steel. Besides the fact that they are the highest quality metal found, it is also hypoallergenic, which makes this ring suitable for all types.
Q: How long does it take to complete an order?
A: A newly ordered ring usually takes between 5-6 days to complete. Your ring is guarranteed shipped within 10 business days. Gold inlays and custom rings are guarranteed within 15 business days.
