Warranty for Athos Rings

Athos rings LLC guarantees its rings to be free from defects. If at first examination ring exhibits flaws then the rings may be replaced free of charge. During all returns customer must provide proof of purchase. Warranty will be void if ring shows signs of unauthorized engraving, drilling, polishing, stone setting, or any other modification from its original state.

30 day Satisfaction Guarantee

Every ring comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like your ring for any reason you can send it back to us for a refund or replacement.

Scratches

Even though Tungsten Rings can not easily be scratched, there is the occasion that a small micro-fracture can become apparent. In this circumstance Athos rings LLC with refinish your ring free of charge for the life of the ring. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Sizing

Rings purchased from www.thetungstenring.com or any other authorized affiliate will be able to replace their ring on the conditions that the ring is returned to distributor and shows no sign of abuse or is otherwise damaged. After 30 days has passed from the original purchase there is a $70 replacement for gold inlay rings. (Start date 1-1-08) Please allow 2-3 weeks for replacement. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Chips and Breakage

On the rare occasion or in an emergency Tungsten rings may be chipped or broken. If this is the case then the broken ring pieces may be returned and a new ring be made in its place. Ring may only be replaced once per customer for this reason unless proof is given that the ring was removed by a medical professional. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
